Protagonizado por Norman Reedus como el personaje central de la trama, Daryl Dixon, en esta nueva serie le acompañan Clémence Poésy (Clémence Poésy), Louis Puech Scigliuzzi (Laurent Carrière), Laïka Blanc-Francard (Sylvie), Adam Nagaitis (Quinn), Anne Charrier (Genet) entre otros, con Melissa McBride retomando el papel de Carol Peletier de forma secundaria en algunos episodios.
